I love libraries and this one looks marvelous, inviting a day of browsing in nooks and crannies.
The red figure reminds me of those Gormley statues strewn all over London (and usually on rooftops) when I visited last year.
the red figure on the roof belongs to the church next door. it's a strange painted statue of jesus on top of the church tower - odd thing, looks more like something you'd see is a latin catholic country than cold and wet limehouse
